In her latest book, “Heart of the Zoo: How San Diego Zoo Director Chuck Bieler Earned His Stripes”, award-winning author Kathi Diamant captures Chuck’s tireless efforts to help create an international conservation organization where all wildlife thrives.
Please join us for a heart warming evening with Kathi and Chuck as they recount the inside stories, the challenges and humorous details that went into the making of our beloved San Diego Zoo and Safari Park.
Joining Kathi and Chuck will be San Diego author Georgeanne Irvine, Director of Publishing, San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. Books will be available for purchase. Chuck and Kathi will be available to sign them.
