James is a resident of Kensington Manor and currently serves as Planning Division Chief for the California State Parks Department. Join us for an evening of exploring our history as a community and the issues faced during the early development of the region we call home.

The Friends of Franklin Foundation is hosting a hybrid auction to benefit STEAM education at Franklin Elementary — and there are two easy ways to participate:
